Ericson Lake is a wonderful place to live and visit. As with anywhere there is general operating cost for maintenance and upkeep. Your membership dues help to pay for electric, insurance, trash removal, fuel and equipment for mowing and maintaining the lake.

Being a dues paying member entitles you to the benefits of using the dumpsters, use of the tree dump and grass dump, access to the lake’s wifi, discount card to Dunham’s Sporting Goods Store, dock space on the lake based on availability and voting & speaking privileges at the annual association meeting.
